Furniture items we accept
Furniture that we collect must be in good condition. By that we mean is fully functional, and has no broken pieces, rips and tears, or significant staining. In the case of fabric related items like chairs, couches, sofa beds, and mattresses a Fire Regulation label should be attached showing that the materials are fire resistant.
The items we will accept are:
- Wardrobes
- Chest of Drawers
- Bedside Cabinets
- Tallboys
- Blanket Boxes
- Beds Double/Single bunk beds/Z-Beds
- 3 Piece Suite (Must meet fire regulations, label usually under cushions)
- Armchairs (Must meet fire regulations, label usually under cushions)
- Coffee Table
- Sideboards
- Occasional Tables
- TV Hi-Fi Units
- Bookcases
- Kitchen Tables
- Dining Tables
- Chairs
- Cookers (for metal value only)
- Washing Machines (for metal value only)
- Bric A Brac
All must be in useable condition except for cookers and washing machines
